Reentry

How we help with reentry:

Our Reentry team works closely with the Project Commutation attorneys in developing a solid realistic reentry plan for each of our clients. We attend the monthly Pardon and Parole Board meetings to assist the team with any reentry questions or concerns.

We assist Parole and Commutation clients as long as needed to ensure their successful reintegration into society.  We also assist anyone who is being released or has been released from prison.

The Reentry Team provides and/or assists our clients with the following services:

  • Food
  • Clothing
  • Hygiene products
  • Household goods (blankets, towels, sheets)
  • Assistance in obtaining a State ID 
  • Bus passes
  • Sober/Transitional Housing applications
  • Assistance in obtaining a Driver’s License 
  • Referrals to local mental health and substance abuse agencies
  • Referrals to local employment opportunities
  • Assistance in education opportunities
  • Additional Case Management as needed 
  • Legal Reentry assistance with court fines and costs on case by case basis

We will gladly accept gift cards and do the shopping! (Dollar Tree or Walmart are the best)
